"Rob did an excellent job. I was very happy with his work. He came out to my house to show me different carpet styles and gave me an estimate within a few minutes. He walked me through the process and explained how he would install the new carpet. He recommended that I remove the old carpet and clean the surface myself first to save some money, which I appreciated. He kept me up to date as far as when the carpet would be in and trying to schedule a day with good weather. It was a rainy week, but the first sunny day he let me know he could come by later that day and got the job done within an hour or two. The new carpet looks great on my porch and definitely brought new life to it. I can't wait to sit outside and enjoy the weather!"

They also ripped up carpet in my LR, DR, and office, and on the landing and put in new hardwood and matched everything look like they were installed at the same time. My old disgusting floors look brand new and the match to brand new floors. They also recarpeted my master bedroom and did runners up the front stairs. They not only did immaculate work, but they also were helpful in my getting amazing pricing. It was a major project. They were on time, they moved all my furniture out. they put it all back in. "Luciano and GM Flooring tackled a really difficult project for us. Our entire first floor (1400 sq. ft.) contained 5 different types of flooring. We had hardwood in some rooms, vinyl, 2 types of tile in others. His demo crew stayed for 10 hours to rip things out down to the sub-flooring. His install crew (including Luciano himself) got our NEW, engineered hardwood floors intstalled in just 2 days and he backs the quality of the install for a year. Our home has been transformed and for that type of job I needed someone who answered his phone when I had questions, and stuck to his word with dates/times and budget. Luciano exceeded our expectations and when the job was done and I assumed his crew was all exhausted they stayed to move ALL of our furniture back in from the garage.
