"I was very lucky to have been introduced to the Armedina Brothers. I had extensive damage in a stairwell and throughout a two- bedroom apartment. There were numerous LARGE holes ( 18" x1 8") (8" x8') and the largest of all (4' x 16") in the walls. The holes had been covered with clear cellophane tape and then compound was applied, making removal a lot more difficult. It was a lot of work. The brothers arrived right on time: 8:00am. It was a full day job, and the results were amazing. The walls were so smooth to touch. All the large and small holes were not recognizable. They did a great job. They were very professional. I recommend them highly."

Every week they clean public areas, entryways, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and classrooms. We have all types of flooring and they clean it all. Even cleaned up after a flood. We have various needs after events, many of them last minute, and they take care of it all. They provide us feedback on potential problems we may not be aware of and have saved us considerable money by allowing us to address things before they become bigger things. Overall very happy with this company."

He is personable, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and a good communicator. We had our 20+ year old 50 x 25 re-plastered (marbelite), pool light bulbs replaced with multi-color LED lights, edging tile regrouted and in some cases replaced, and pool cover anchors (set in our EP Henry paving stone pool deck) more securely anchored. The work was commenced and completed within 3 days. This review comes less than 2 weeks after completion, so how long it will last is not yet evident, but at this point, everything looks great!"

"Alex installed about 400 sq.ft. of ceramic tile in my kitchen area. They did an excellent job installing the new floor. They had some difficulty removing the old floor(2 layers of vinyl sheet), but once they got past some initial problems they did a very nice job completely removing the old floor. Alex is a real artist when it comes to cutting tile. Alex does in one piece what others would do in 2 or 3 pieces. There were no money issues either. The price he gave me was the final price. It took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it."
