"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "Working with A&S was a great experience.  Serge was very patient with my husband & me when we went to look at carpet samples.  We really didn't know exactly what we wanted & he spent time helping us.  When we narrowed it down to 2 he had the manufacturer send the samples to our house.  When it was time to order Serge personally came & measured the room.  A week later he let me know that the carpet was in & that the installers could be there the next day.  They came the next day & did a beautiful job!!

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."
