"Pastorin Construction did an awesome job replacing my carpeted master bedroom and walk-in closet with LVP. Leone exceeded my expectations! He was the only contractor who actually visited my property to give me an exact estimate. Since I wasnâ t in the area at the time, he even gave me options on where I could buy the material online and exactly what was required for the installation. He picked it up and installed the flooring on the same day and kept me advised throughout the process from beginning to end. The before and after videos and pictures say it all! I definitely recommend Pastorin Construction and would use them again! Thank you!!!"

Small jobs welcome
"They showed up on time and did excellent work. We had an issue with not enough material, we went and got more same day and Isaiah returned that afternoon to complete the job and made the floor look great even though the laminate was a bit different. Can t say enough good things about the completed floor!"

"Nice fit on our floor. Looks great. Did run out of materials due to appliances not being accounted for. Installer should pick up all their excess material in a timely manner. The reseller's demonstration of products was excellent!"

"We had major renovations done on both of our bathrooms. Our contractor was Edwin Cerna. Nazar Kobanets, with Best Hands LLC, did all of the tile work - floor and walls. His work is by far the best we have ever seen. He was meticulous about the installation, he listened to us and answered any questions that we had. We were able to acquire additional tile that had been installed in the rest of the house, and he put that in our bedroom. If you are looking for someone you can trust to do the best tile work ever, Nazar and Best Hands LLC is your answer."

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
