"We took our chances and lifted a ~30 year old carpet in our daughter's room. The hard wood floors needed some work, but mostly just dirty and worn. The carpet padding has deteriorated in places, leaving a black residue. We contacted Angi and had a quote within 24 hours from Bob at Lancellotta Flooring. He was the lowest bid, but we had recommendations from other sources for him, so we hired them and they came the next week. The men were polite and clean, and they worked fast. The floor was sanded and cleaned and had it's first coat on the first day. Bob even came out on a Saturday to get the final coat done. We are very pleased with the results. The floor looks great! We will likely have them return to do more work."

"Excellent. They had special crews for each stage of the project. When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors."

We had them rip out our old jacuzzi tub and installed a beautiful walk-in tile shower with frameless glass doors. We are so happy with this work! Itâ s the best shower weâ ve ever had in a house. They also installed a new side door to the house and a new storm door out front. Great work, high quality at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!"
