Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. Again, the job was done quickly and professionally, working well into the evening hours so it would be done for me for Easter! I couldn’t be happier with Richard and Tomahawk flooring."
