"Recently purchased my first home - built in 1900 and found narrow plank original hardwoods under the carpet upstairs. I contacted several hardwood floor refinishers and was ghosted for estimates or given astronomically high quotes. Miguel contacted me from my Angi’s inquiry and was able to come out next day for an estimate. Miguel and his wife Thania were on time for the estimate, gave me advice about the stairs (the other contractor told me I needed entirely new stairs !!!), and quoted me 1/3 of the price of the highest quote I received. You read that right: ONE THIRD of the cost of the highest estimate I received. Miguel & Thania started work the very next day. They completed within a few days and let me tell you— these floors are immaculate!! Completely gorgeous. They were kind, professional, prompt and responsive. I immediately passed their info to friends in need of hardwood floor help. I will be contacting them again to take on the first floor project in the future!!"
