"Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. The install was amazing. You can’t see a single seam and would have no idea that there are a few pieces of carpet. We will definitely be hiring them to finish up the other areas in our home and recommend them for any other carpet needs!"

"I have hired Efrain two times. Once to carpet an entire house I was selling and another to install carpet in a house I was buying. On both occasions he picked up the carpet from the carpet store where I purchased it. Delivered to my house. Installed the carpet and disposed of the old carpet. All of this in one day. He will be the first person I call for flooring."

"This is the second time we have used Heath Gentry. The first time he extended the kitchen flooring into the living room by lacing it with the existing flooring and refinishing the complete floor. He did a fantastic job. We brought him back to replace the carpet in the master bedroom with hardwood and he was just as good the second time as the first. Wo would not hesitate to recommend or use him again if the need should come up."

"I highly recommend Joshua's Hardwood Flooring. They were very professional, hard-working and reliable. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home working. The price was fair especially considering the quality of work and floor I received. Five stars all the way!"

"We had 3 different bids for refinishing our floors. Alex gave us the best price, was insured, and fit out time-line for completion. He showed up when promised, finished on time, and our floors look incredible!"

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."

"Wow!! Tyler did a fantastic job! He put in an attic vent fan in our bathroom and redid the ceiling; as well as tiling the floor. It was amazing! He showed up on time and consistently, and was great with communication. He gave us a second quote when we changed the kind of tile we wanted, very professional."

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
