"Lance spent two hours nailing and screwing the subfloor in one bedroom to remove severe squeaks. He was only able to resolve part of the problem when he concluded the rest of the carpeted area squeaks were from under the laminate flooring outside the bedroom. Unfortunately, he does not work with repairing/removing laminate. So, although I give him kudos for his efforts, be careful what your needs are and verify he can help. Now, I have to find someone else who can continue to repair the squeaks under carpet and laminate."

I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
