"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"As many customers have found out, Expansive Flooring and Mr. Jayme West are exactly what all contractors should hope to achieve. I highly recommend Expansive Flooring to anyone needing repairs or upgrades. I already have several projects lined up for Mr. West in the coming months!"

"The presentation was great, excellent service!"

"They called me promptly and set a time to look at my problem "squeeky floors". They arrived at the set time and promptly went to work fixing my squeeks. The process took about an hour. They were courteous and cleaned up after finishing. I highly recommend them!"

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

"I hired this pro for a ceramic and porcelain tile installation and couldn't be happier with the results. The workmanship is incredibly precise, the tiles are perfectly aligned, and the finish is flawless. They were professional, efficient, and left the workspace spotless. Highly recommend for anyone needing high-quality tile work!"
