A part of that agreement included removing carpet and refinishing the stairway from first to second. When the carpet was removed, we were surprised, the stairs needed to be totally rebuilt. David kept us informed promptly when unexpected challenges arose with the stairs, listened to our preferences, presented alternatives and estimates, completed the work in time for the next contractor on our project, and made sure we were happy with the result. The floors are beautiful and the stairway is a work of art! We will be hiring Illi Hardwood Flooring for any future floor and carpentry projects that arise!"

His team worked with me to create thoughtful design, moving a wall to bring in extra room to the bathroom, creating a separate water room and making the space feel like a retreat. I have included here before and after pictures. Tiles were done beautifully and the custom vanity is of superb quality. We will be working with his team to redo the other bathrooms in our home."

"Josh and his team did an amazing job. He was responsive to my (many) questions both before and after the work was done and went above and beyond what was expected. The carpet was torn out and conveniently left in small, manageable pieces for disposal. Trim was taken off carefully and put aside in an organized way. The floor under the carpet was in the worst shape (we had no idea), it had black stains from previous owners of our house who kept their dogs in that room. They were able to remove 95% of the stains, and once the final coat of finish was applied the remaining was hardly noticeable."
