"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! Alex came and explained the entire process in advance. He knew right away what to do and how he would proceed. Besides advising us on what floor to choose and why, he met us at a wholesale wood floor company and further advised us on the choice. In two days, our solid oak flooring was installed perfectly, even though we increased the area we wanted in hardwood by 24â 30% while installation was in process, putting the Alex and the crew to extra trouble and a longer day. The crew cleaned everything up after the work. We are thrilled with the work and the floor. There may be some slightly less expensive, but none as good, whatever the cost."

"I would advise the home owners to expect nothing other than what is directly wanted which is flooring, they didn't really do a great job cleaning up and they won't do anything except the actually flooring and will make you find someone else for filler to fix baseboards. And it took an extra day because the carpet was postponed. Also you have to pay 100% the morning of installation which is inconvenient and time consuming, they should allow customers to pay online."
