Alex came and explained the entire process in advance. He knew right away what to do and how he would proceed. Besides advising us on what floor to choose and why, he met us at a wholesale wood floor company and further advised us on the choice. In two days, our solid oak flooring was installed perfectly, even though we increased the area we wanted in hardwood by 24â 30% while installation was in process, putting the Alex and the crew to extra trouble and a longer day.
