We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND.
