"Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example."

"Wonderful service from start to finish!!! They were on time each day, prepared to work, and completed refurbishing the hardwood floors professionally and skillfully. They were polite, respectful, and paid attention to details. I very much appreciated their work. Job well done!!! The floors look perfect! I will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you RJM flooring LLC!!!"

"So well. Prompt, organized and professional! Floors are stunning!"

"Iâ ve been using David for the last few years on my rental buildings. Heâ s done laminate flooring, carpet, and vinyl planking. His prices are great so heâ s pleasant and he gets the job done and he tells me the truth if I need to replace it or not."

"Wonderful. The floor looks beautiful. The installer did a great job. No mess was left. Absolutely satisfied customer."

"Came out right away to do the job. Floors came out beautiful!"

"This is one of the best professional person I know of to get the job done properly, for a very good price. I would hire Rob anytime in fixing my carpet problems. What a great job in making my wife and I happy in the repair of our house rugs. Great work Rob!!!"

"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Ed and John did excellent work. They scheduled and completed on time. Ed knew more about flooring, finishing and wood furniture than anyone I ever met. They did our entire first floor, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen after they were all ruined by painters cleaning up paint splatter with paint thinner which removed some of the original finish leaving bare wood. We would highly recommend Woodwork and More for floor refinishing and I am about to go back to him for some high end furniture refinishing."
