"From my consultant Latoya, to the installers, Douglas and Johnny, this was a great experience! They were all very professional. Latoya was patient while I was trying to make a decision on the new carpet. Douglas and Johnny were on time and came in and got the job done quickly. They removed the old carpet, put down new padding and carpet. The new carpet feels so good under my barefeet! I would use Empire again, and would recommend them for your flooring needs,"

"Installed hardwood floors, Brazilian Cherry. Contractor had to remove the old carpet, clean the concrete floor, install the sub floor and glued down the new floor. Very professional and prompt and had great communication."

"Mark and his team did a great job on the flooring installation."

"Disappointed and would NOT recommend. We picked Rocky Sanders based on recommendations and his Angie's list rating. The first time he finished the floors, there were bubbles all over the floor, mostly around the HVAC vents, which he tried to sand out. He told us he used a new polyurethane and had an ‘expert’ come look at the floors. We were told it was probably something that had been put on the floors years ago. When the crew tried to sand the bubbles out it caused scratches all over the floor. He had to completely start over. He then restained and put polyurethane down instructing his crew to not run the air this time while drying. After the first coat of poly was dry during the second re-finishing and without asking permission, he sanded them all over again because he didn't like the way it looked. While we appreciated the drive for perfection, we should have been consulted before sanding our floors for a 3rd time! We were told the crew used the wrong grit for the second sanding. There were different workers here all the time and some of the workers were not professional. The three sanding left dust everywhere. The crew vacuumed the baseboards and window sills, but did not get even close to it all and there was a thick coat of dust on our newly painted walls. In addition, the baseboards and walls were scratched and stained. Do not paint your walls before your hardwoods are refinished by Rocky Sanders. He offered to have the crew come back and vacuum, but we refused based on their prior work. He was very sorry and apologized. Rocky did not ask for payment until the job was completed. At that point, he expected full payment despite the week and half of additional agony and property damage.
It was really a nightmare experience for both parties and caused a lot of stress. Two positives are that he did "make it right" by continuing to work on the floors and the end product turned out nicely but horrible experience getting to that point.

"Yes, HJ Flooring installed LVP in my home. They also successfully installed built in closet shelving. We’re very happy with their workmanship."

"Colby and his crew were very efficient, safety conscious, and thorough. The project required cleaning up and disposing of many years of overgrowth of shrubbery and trimming branches from a large oak tree in our back yard. They worked to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this company for any projects of this nature. Additionally, the price for work was very reasonable"

"There wasn’t a category to detail Das skills with tile work! Pictures are available."

"The Team was very professional and respectful of us, our dogs and property and did a great, efficient and very clean job ! Thank you !"
