Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. If you want ethical professionalism, a perfectionist, and an expert in flooring then you should give Steve a call. Steve does not do any advertising because otherwise he would be booked for up to a year in advance. Definitely hire him for your next flooring job. "Vitalii, owner of BFA Flooring, was personable and professional. After showing me the high and low points of the subfloor, Vitalii explained why it should be leveled, and how the process was done. He noticed the bathroom tile protruded into the bedroom and said they would cut the tile back, so the transition would be under the door. Vitalii also viewed the manufacturer’s instructions and installed it accordingly, in order to preserve the warranty. Vitalii and Mike did excellent work. They took care to protect my hallway floors, worked diligently and meticulously, and did a thorough clean-up afterward. The work was done in one day and the wood flooring and baseboards look amazing! I would definitely hire them again."

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Service King. They were prompt, courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. Everything looks and smells great. I am especially pleased with my sofa. It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free.
