"Floyd Baker, the owner, is involved in every aspect of the job. He has experience and knowledge in all facets of the trades. Whenever a glitch shows up, which is often the case, he is quick to offer options and solutions. He not only did the tile work, but installed laminate flooring, new cabinet hardware, painting, built a coffee station in the kitchen, etc. Communication was flawless. I would definitely use him again."

"I recently purchased my first home and decided to hire Alpha Custom Floors LLC to remove carpet and lay new flooring for me after a few people recommended Cliff. I am greatly pleased that I went with his business. Cliff also helped navigate me in the right direction in choosing the new flooring, as I am kind of uneducated when it comes to the many different types and styles. I was pleased upon choosing a really pretty vinyl plank, and everyone who has visited me since has complimented it! Alpha Customs were very impressive, professional, worked in a quick, efficient manner and timeframe, went out of the way to make sure I was pleased with the results, and I honestly couldn’t beat the pricing looking for anyone else in or near my general area. I definitely have them on speed dial for when I continue with the rest of remodeling my house. 10/10 absolutely recommend to anyone needing anything done. Cliff went above and beyond for my project and I truly appreciate every bit of it! Thank you so much for the huge help!"

"Jason was professional and polite & throughout the entire project was a great communicator. I was very impressed with his skills and know-how, but most of all the overall look of my new flooring when the job was completed! I would highly recommend this young gentleman to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and trustworthy craftsman to install flooring! In my biggest Tony the Tiger voice,.. he was GRRRRRRREAT! ??"

"This company is great! Prompt, courteous, helpful. They were hired to replace the flooring in our entire house and were in and out in 3 ( three) days, cleaned up after themselves, moved and replaced all furniture. I can’t say enough about them!"

"I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet...decided since this guy was running a special that I would see if I could salvage it instead ...besides, he was running a $100.00 special.  The guys were very professional and knowlegeable  - they were really courteous as well.  The carpet looks almost brand new and smells great.  I want have to replace it after all.
