"Michael was a professional throughout the process -- He worked with us to choose the flooring, he offered consultation on the process of properly removing carpet, and he provided guidance to ready our floors for installation. In the installation process, he did a fantastic job and saved us a large sum of money by completing the job quickly and with less product than expected. Additionally, Michael is kind and treats people with the utmost respect. Highly recommend for any job you may need."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful getting is a great price for the space we needed the area rug for"

"Chet did an amazing job on our floor. Covered by carpet fir over 29 years, we had no idea what to expect. Needless to say, there were a few surprises but Chet handled it beautifully. He was very knowledgeable and came up with great ideas to remedy issues to our satisfaction. The floor looks better then I envisioned and am very happy with the final look."

"What an amazing transformation of my flooring. Mike put his heart and soul into this job. It required a lot of sanding and then coating with polyurethane. During the process, Mike kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. In fact, he put down three different stains for me to decide which one I thought would look the best. I went with the natural look. I would highly recommend Best Choice flooring for all of your flooring needs. The finished product was amazing, from the color, coating, to the trim that he put down. Mike started the job and worked on the job until it was completed."

"We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful."

"I choose Mike after interviewing 3 other contractors, Mike was very knowledgeable about the glass backsplash that I wanted to have installed and the price was right, also he replaced my kitchen floor with a vinyl wood look, Mike and his team was on time, got right to work and cleaned up after the job, both of my projects look GREAT, my kitchen looks brand new. I would hire him again if needed ,excellent job... Thanks Mike"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Job was completed as expected in two days. Got the entire home installed with hardwood except for kitchen and bathroom areas. Dave (Estimate) was professional and patient during the process."

"Basement stairs were coming loose from the landing. Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. Will have Lemar back for more work in the future."
