"They were responsive, friendly, and worked extra hard on my floors. I had wood floors in the bedroom that were glued down with some strong cement. They had to spend an extra day chipping it out. The guys were really hard workers, and Mario worked with me on the price due to the unforeseen floor issue. The wood floor removal did leave a few small divots in the floor that you can feel through the LVP, but they are small. That was the only drawback. Otherwise fantastic."
