"We recently had new carpet installed and a backsplash added, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They showed up on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and left everything clean. Both the carpet and backsplash look fantastic—exactly what we envisioned. Highly recommend their services!"

"GREAT! Al came out within 2 days of my call and repaired the cuts in just a few minutes. I can't even tell there was a cut in the carpet. He was professional and gave me lots of great advice about the flooring in my house. He was personable and friendly. I would absolutely call him again for any new flooring or repair needs."

"D.W. Tile did an excellent job, for a reasonable price! I would definitely hire him again."

"I highly recommend Medina Floor Covering! They recently completed carpet installation in my 3-bedroom home, and the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly kind, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. What impressed me most was their willingness to take on my partially completed flooring project. Many companies shy away from such tasks, but Medina Floor Covering stepped up without hesitation. Maria was exceptional throughout—communicative, supportive, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything was done right. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations- Beatrice A"

"friendly workers did an excellent job cleaning after themselves"

"The installers were exceptional and the end results were great. The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Regarding the carpet pad we wish we had picked a more premium higher grade pad but the salesman acted as if the medium grade would be cushy and it's not as plush as we prefer and gladly would have paid more for the plush pad. I would grade both the carpet installers and the hardwood installers an A and the salesman and front office a B - ."

"They were professional and finished quickly. Love the look and feel of the new carpet."

From the time I could walk, I was alongside my father on hardwood flooring job sites, learning the trade from the ground up. More importantly, I learned values that have become increasingly rare today, a passion for quality, taking pride in your work, doing the very best you can, and never cutting corners. I was taught that your name is only as good as the craftsmanship you leave behind. Those lessons became the foundation of the business I own today, and they continue to guide every project we take on.\n\nI believe quality takes time. That’s why I focus on one project at a time, ensuring every detail is done right.\n\nMy name is on every floor I complete, and I take pride in making sure each one reflects the quality and craftsmanship I stand for. In the end, the only thing that remains is the name you leave behind.\n\nMingo

"Incredible work, very professional Jose’s carpet installation. left my place really clean after doing his work I recommend him 100% !!!"

"Well, I hope this is showing as a five star review. This was definitely a five star job by footprint floors. I really cannot say enough good things about them. Eduardo was a consummate professional throughout, and Benito who actually did the work on the floors is a master craftsman. I wish I could post pictures here. Hopefully Eduardo will put it on his Instagram feed. They took our floors which were covered with vinyl flooring, plywood, carpet, and decades of crud, and made them look brand new. They are simply beautiful. I just really cannot say enough good things about this entire experience. if you are looking to get hardwood floors refinished, look no further. These are your guys."
