"David did a fantastic job with our carpet. He was extremely professional and worked with us when we found ourselves slightly short on the carpet we ordered. We came to a quick resolution and everything turned out to exceed our expectations. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and his pricing was more than reasonable. Couldn’t recommend someone more! You won’t be dissatisfied!"

"Ricky Brooks did a great job. Quality was great, very professional, respectful, on time. Made sure job was completed correctly, answered all our questions and made sure he clean up and removed trash daily. He is hard working and will go out of his way to do a good job. Pictures show Old Blue carpet replaced by vinyl flooring."

"They fix my sub floor and even strengthen the floor in the process. Great great job. Will hire again in the future."

"I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

"Great new floors, speedy service, great price!"

"Reliable and professional and did great job on floors"

"Big shout-out to Chris. This man exceptionally explained everything you all had to offer and was outstanding in educating us on things we may not have understood or were not aware of. I am very happy with the work your team did. They provided top-tier results, and I will be coming back for future work as well as referring people I know to your company. I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity. It means a lot, and it made our decision to move forward that much easier. As for your process from start to finish, it was quick, seamless, and very straightforward. I did not feel like you guys were trying to see how much money you could get out of us. Your product and presentation speak for themselves, and your warranty backs all of it up and is one of the biggest factors in why people will consider moving forward. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did. This company deserves 5 stars. As for feedback, I highly recommend having a process for covering up the customer's furniture"

"Sam was very friendly and he know his information for me very well. Was able to give me a quote after seeing the apartment to be carpeted. Very professional."

"Fayetteville flooring company was amazing from start to finish. They made it easy and stress free to get my hard wood floors refinished with a beautiful stain. They also installed the softest carpet I've ever felt in my life and re did my beautiful stair case to give me wrought iron spindles. They completely transformed my home and for a great price!"

"Charles arrived on time with plenty of samples to help me decide which type of flooring would work best in the rooms we wanted to have done. He gave me several options with price breakouts, which was extremely helpful. Floors in our 3 bedrooms and a hallway were installed in one day! That included removing old tile and old carpet, then installation of new laminate. The professionals who installed the flooring worked steadily without stopping the whole day. We?re thrilled with the new flooring and we?re thrilled to know exactly where we will go when we?re ready to have new floors installed in our kitchen and living room. Thank you, Empire Today!"
