"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"WOW! Scott is a 10+++ in my book! From estimate to completion he is a first rate guy and I would highly recommend you call him first for any flooring maintenance needs you have. He is timely, considerate, very reasonably priced, very professional and most of all his work and work ethic is above and beyond! We just purchased a home and the hardwood floors were abnormally shiny. When other companies told us we needed to re-finish the floors for ten's of thousand of dollars, Scott explained and showed us how the floors were just a victim to an over application of Bona Hardwood Floor Polish.  He said he could clean them back to their original glory and he did! Our floors look brand new and Scott and his crew did it for almost  1/10th the price other companies wanted to charge us. We have almost 5,000 sq feet of flooring that Scott worked on for 2 days. Yesterday he and his crew were there for almost 11 hours working diligently; they were committed to getting the job done! They even threw in my balcony. At the end of the day he and his crew were just as kind and pleasant as they were when starting the job! They worked so hard. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

They were able to sand stains and carpet glue and cover every staple hole . The wood floors look brand new and are gorgeous!!!
