We were replacing hardwood in the kitchen, removing an old carpet and installing hardwood in the master bedroom and refinishing the floors throughout the house.. Rich and his crew met or exceed those expectations. Half way through the install, RIch discovered my Bosch dishwasher was leaking. He was able to not only to do a rework of the work already done in the kitchen but make sure to diagnose and halt further damage. The hardwood in the master bedroom was perfect.
