The fumes from the polyurethane lasted for weeks.The adjacent carpet with the stain which required me to replace the carpet. Clarks did a fantastic job! With the new dust free sanding I did not have weeks of dusting ahead! With little fumes from the stain I could stay in my house within hours of each stage. Very clean. The finished job left my floors looking better than when they were brand new! I would highly recommend Clarks."

He also refinished over 350 sq ft of original oak flooring in our living room and replaced some damaged oak flooring in the hallway. Everything turned out great with the refinished flooring blending in perfectly with existing floors."

He even requested to work, and we allowed, into the early evening and on the weekend in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. He was very accommodating to our needs, trying as much as possible not to create any inconveniences. He and his crew were very respectful and very hard working. His pricing was reasonable and came in as he had estimated. He moved furniture at no additional cost. He also did other related work, I.e., he removed a pony wall, moved an outlet, and retextured and painted a wall. He and his crew cleaned up nicely at each day’s end.
