The carpet padding has deteriorated in places, leaving a black residue. We contacted Angi and had a quote within 24 hours from Bob at Lancellotta Flooring. He was the lowest bid, but we had recommendations from other sources for him, so we hired them and they came the next week. The men were polite and clean, and they worked fast. The floor was sanded and cleaned and had it's first coat on the first day. Bob even came out on a Saturday to get the final coat done. We are very pleased with the results. The floor looks great! Bruce and his crew were able to match exactly the color of the finish in the living room, and the other room, where the boards were badly damaged, they repaired them easily and quickly (matching the finish was not an issue in this room). Not only this, but they worked to the schedule I requested, which was a big factor for us. The whole job took much less time than I thought, and there was very little dust."
