"Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. The dealer, where we bought it, did not know how to clean it. It looks like we just had it installed. We think he’s the best ever! Very professional, friendly, and fairly priced."

"Kevin did a great job on our floor! He installed new floor and married it with original flooring. He then sanded and stained the floors. My house looks better than ever!"

"We had an excellent experience working with Crystal and Volunteer Flooring & Design on our flooring project. Crystal coordinated the removal of our old carpet and the installation of our new laminate wood flooring from start to finish. Crystal oversaw the installation team’s work when we were unable to be home, ensured everything stayed on track, and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. I would recommend Volunteer Floor & Design to anyone looking for flooring services. They helped make the process as stress free as possible."

"Rusty was extremely professional and prompt. Was out to our home the morning after we initially contacted him to measure the area we wanted done. His crew was very friendly and polite, and we felt totally comfortable with them in our home. They moved all the furniture necessary, put it all back when they were done, and even offered to sweep/clean our beautiful new floors before they left. Don't hesitate to hire Rusty's group--best work, extremely fair prices, and wonderful people to work with!"

"Austin was referred to us, when we needed new LVP flooring installed in our condo. We live out of state, Austin was professional and easy to communicate with. He did beautiful work, sent pictures and videos of the project along the way. We have since hired Austin to repair, texture and paint a ceiling. And he is currently repairing drywall and water damage from a leak. Austin and his team work hard, give attention to detail and have pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to do business with him in the future."

"Entire crew is courteous and customer focused. They work very hard and use their time wisely. They are a joy to work with. Love my new floors!"

"There were obvious scratches on the floor due to having appliances moved. Now that Elite Floor Care treated the laminate floors, no one would guess that it used to be scratched! Wonderful repair"

"Let me apologize now because this will be a lengthy review. We purchased a cabin in Cosby, TN (we live in Ohio) that was a total gut that had been started by the previous owner. We located Frank (JR - J and LRenovations) through Home Advisor. We were skeptical about hiring anyone we were not able to be around to oversee because we live out of the state. We met up with Frank (JR)and his lovely wife Lucille initially to discuss a leak in the roof. He brought his work truck and fixed the leak in the roof and refused to let us pay him. We knew then we had the right person for the job. We discussed our vision and everything we wanted and left things in his capable hands. I cannot begin to tell you the scope of work that was needed for this renovation. He completed everything we asked for from, tongue and groove walls and ceiling, electrical, laying tile and LVP flooring, plumbing, door, and cabinet installation, spraying the walls with poly, building steps, tearing out old fireplaces, spreading gravel and so much more! There are too many things to list! He even made it a point to be there when we had furniture delivered and counters installed so we did not have to make the trip down! Now that is someone who goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. He worked seven days a week and even on holidays (no we did not ask him to do this). His work ethic and craftsmanship are exceptional! This was a huge job for one person. We could not be happier with the end product. He went above and beyond our expectations, is a man of his word and truly cares about your property, his quality of work, and his customers. I cannot say enough great things about him and I encourage you to reach out to him for all of your home improvement needs. Not only do we have someone we can trust we will share a friendship for years to come. We cannot thank him enough!"
