I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

They went above and beyond to fix & restore the original floors of this historic Philadelphia home. The work performed was artisan-quality, and I was charged fairly. Also, they also did a wonderful job of painting the entire interior of the house (who knew?), and it was super convenient to have all these upgrades done at the same time.
