They moved the larger pieces of furniture and even installed new vent covers (I purchased from Amazon). I can't say enough about how pleased I am. "Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."
