He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. Gave Kevin a call and he was over the next day to talk through various ideas. We had initially considered replacing our hardwoods but Kevin took one look and said "There's nothing wrong with these floors, don't replace them". So refreshing to hear this type of honesty. His consultative approach was incredibly welcome. He wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need - he was genuinely interested in making sure we got something we would love. Kevin's team of installers was fantastic! They worked on the carpets for a few days and we almost forgot they were here. They're clearly pros - everything looks great. Overall, we're thrilled with the carpets. It's given new life to our home and we couldn't be happier with the work. "My carpet installation was scheduled for Friday, April 2nd, 2021. When the installers showed up to lay the carpet, they didn't have enough to carpet all of the areas that I'd wanted re-carpeted. So, I decided to just have vinyl plank flooring put in in the bathroom instead. This was then scheduled for Friday, April 9th, 2021. When they showed up to do this work, they once again didn't have enough plank flooring, so the work had to be postponed until Wednesday, April 14th."
