"I own a very old home, built in 1967. Bought the house from someone who flipped it. He put carpet over all of the hardwood floors. We were able to find pictures online of what the hardwood floors look like and there were a lot of stains. Then when we removed the carpet we saw that the floors were in really rough shape. We trusted Ryan and what he was doing, and in his opinions. We went with a really dark stain, a covered up all the imperfections in the floor. It looks great. The only issue that we had is that the bathrooms we needed to use were down the hallway that he refinished, Ryan communicated with us very well on when we could use the floors or anything like that.
