"These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round.
