They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Originally wanted an estimate for the dining room to be replaced with laminated flooring. Decided to do the dining and living room, about 700 sq. ft. total. Estimate went much higher after old flooring was starting to get removed due to typical 1940's house with many layers uncovered including horsehair carpet padding, TWO layers of carpet, glued down rubber-backing from first old carpet, and old warped hardwood over diagonal lap boarding. Entire area had to be covered in plywood to create a new subfloor. Elvir and his crew arrived at 8am every day and worked until after 5 pm for three days straight. They had to endure furniture in their way as we shuffled things around to make room. Their attention to detail is great, even several short pieces of baseboard to make rounded wall corners look good. (Fit like puzzle pieces) They even loaded hundreds of lbs. of debris into my utility trailer for two different days, which I dumped every morning at 7am when BDI opened. The new floor looks fantastic, there are no more squeaks, and it feels rock solid. (There were soft spots before) Our daughter even comments that the constant squeaking is gone now, and things are quieter. (Her bedroom is in the basement) My wife was so happy with the new look that she cried, and that’s a success in my book. We’re thinking of doing a couple other rooms later, and Elvir will be doing that work as well."
