"Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."

They removed my newly installed toilet and cut out the rotted old plywood under floor, and installed a new plywood floor before beautifully installing the new hardwood floor. They resealed the new toilet after reinstalling it. They also cleaned everything and left the Powder Room and the hallway next to it clean as well. They returned everything back into the Powder Room. ProFloors Solution did a wonderful job and I highly recommend their service. They were very professional and removed all debris from my home. They even took the debris with them and did not leave it in my trash can. I rate them a 5 Star!"

"I had a great experience overall with Footprints Floors Peachtree City. The flooring installation turned out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."

"I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right.
