"Rafeal and his team were fantastic! I needed an entire interior paint job for my home and once it was completed I couldn't be happier with the result. Their attention to detail was superb, even fixing things from the previous owners that I hadn't noticed at the time. In addition to the painting I have used Rafeal and his team to apply an epoxy coating on the garage floor, mount fixtures in the house, clean my gutters and install gutter guards, and a host of other small projects around the house. One thing I value above all else when working with a contractor is timely responses to my questions and updates on the projects status, with Rafeal I didn't even need to ask, he proactively kept me informed of the progress the work to my home. In addition to the high level of detail of the work performed, it was done in a very timely manner and the cost for the services was much better than other quotes for the same work I had gotten prior to selecting Rafeal and his team for the work. "It was an excellent experience. It could not have been better. Two bathrooms were remodeled. The MBR extensively. Mike is a tile master! We had a variety of tiles and all of them were installed with precision. On time, informative, high standard of work. A true professional. We trust him and relied on his expertise, we weren’t disappointed. We’ve heard some horror stories, so we were very relieved that everything went so well. The hall bath looks great. The MBR is now our spa and oasis. I know my MBR is better than the Ritz Carlton. Mike has extensive knowledge about the business, specific certifications,and prices according to national standards. It’s wonderful doing business with a contractor who doesn’t give you a ball park range or quote randomly. We had other quotes but nothing specific or affordable. "We had 3 estimates and Ryan of Jazz Flooring was the middle price. We did ask for a senior discount which brought him the lowest. My husband -Rudy was impressed with his knowledge and information right off. He started early and worked late. He put in 40+ hours of work - it took a long time but was well worth the wait because he's a perfectionist - did all the work himself, alone and did refinishing of 2 large area rooms. There was dust since there is no such thing as 'dustless' but he had the floor looking so awesome and used a wood putty on gouges and nails for a perfect job. We could not be happier with his price, attitude, salesmanship, work ethic and the final results. 5 star service. Highly recommend."
