The company really appears to have a grip on producing a great product that will last for long after I’m gone. They have been very organized in following up with me and scheduling the installation. They also sent me a video informing me of what needs to be done before they come to install. I like that there were no surprises. My floor will be installed on June 3. I’m excited and am looking forward to my home being transformed into something more beautiful, cleaner and much easier to care for."

"Mike and his crew were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. The oak floors that they refinished were laid in 1959 and were in pretty bad shape, with stains in multiple areas and burns around the fireplace. In just 3 days they stripped and refinished the top floor of my Cape Cod style house plus 2 bedrooms, the living room, 2 hallways and 3 closets on the main level. All of the hardwood in the house is now beautiful! I would not hesitate to use Mike again or recommend him to others."

"The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."

"While they took two tries to show up for the quote appointment, once they were able to meet with us they were able to begin installation within the week. We were on a time crunch that made it necessary to have the work completed in less than two weeks and they came through. We redid our entire second floor - hallway and 4 bedrooms. We love the carpet we picked and it's held up well in the last year and a half against a big dog and 3 kids. Will definitely use them again when we redo our first floor."
