Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Matt went above and beyond and I have to say, the entire experience was beyond a pleasure. I am so grateful to have met Matt and used his services. This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing. "After much research for carpet installers, I contacted Advanced Carpet Installations through Home Advisor. Jim promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. His quote was quite reasonable, and he explained in detail the process for installing the new carpet. Jim was professional, friendly and informative, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He is extremely conscientious and respectful of your furniture and personal belongings. Jim completed my carpet installation in less than two days without a helper. 528 SF of carpet was replaced including stairs, and I am delighted with the results. On a scale of 1 to 10, Advanced Carpet Installations deserves a 12. However, the highest rating that Home Advisor has is 5, so that will have to suffice. From the initial contact to completion of the job, the service was outstanding. Jim worked quickly and efficiently. He is honest and trustworthy and just an overall nice guy, I believe that you would be extremely pleased utilizing Advanced Carpet Installations for your flooring needs. "Excellent work! I’ve been wanting to rip out carpeting and refinish my original 1910 hardwood flooring for years. Cliff and Superior Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. Cliff recommended the best match of wood, used quality materials and did beautiful work! I’m very happy with my new floors!
