"We were replacing a huge amount of tile and old carpet in our home. Face of Wood was the medium bid but we had a very poor impression of the low bid person. He seemed unprofessional and seemed to constantly say "no problem" without really even looking at what we were looking for. So we hired Face of Wood. From the very beginning, they were great to work with and very patient with us as we went through wood selection and working with us on the budget. They finished today and did an outstanding job. This is the 3rd home we've installed wood floors in and by far the best. Wood floors are all the same right? What makes them different? It's the small details. Some examples, we used variable width planks and they spaced them very well. The baseboards were put back in great shape. The closets had built in shelving and they were able to actually remove portions to install the flooring underneath instead of a bunch of cuts. That is all good and what you should expect from any quality installer. What makes them great is their ability to go above and beyond. We had 3 very large entertainment centers/built-ins that we wanted removed. I spent weeks trying to find someone to haul them off. Face of Wood came to the rescue and arranged to have it all removed at no additional cost. Our garage door was mis-aligned and would stick shut. They fixed the door on their own. There was a small dent in one of the wood planks that I was hesitant to even mention. After a brief mention, they replaced the plank that same day and never made me feel like I was being too nit-picky. Will definitely use them for all our wood flooring needs. While working on floors, we also discovered they do kitchens with the subdivision Face of Kitchen. We hired them for a kitchen remodel as well. That project is still in progress but so far, we are getting the same level of professionalism and quality work."

We had a quote within a business day. We locked in a date and his team showed up. They worked fast, clean and completed the installation of 2100 Sq Feet of flooring over our tile in only 3 days. I was amazed how quickly they were able to remove old base boards and carpeting upstairs, while installing new flooring and baseboards in the entire house. We normally do not leave reviews. "Me and my wife decided to finally bite the bullet in today’s economy and remodel our whole home. We started in the entertainment area where most of our family spends its time together. Me and my wife had talked about putting up a stone wall for the longest time and during that time it wasn’t affordable and no one was really doing accent walls like that. Fast forward to today I looked at a couple of offers for about a week or two, and in comes Anthony and Matt they had already came highly recommended by Angie’s list and Floor and Decore. They came to my home quoted me for the stone wall it was a bit higher than the other quotes but around the same price work wise on their way out noticed my pool room wall decore of Miami Dolphins. As they are both leaving out the front door tells me “Listen I’ll work on your house but under one condition you let me bag that wall. I asked why? The man said I’m a Jets fan and Matt is an Eagles fan” I said uff! And hired them on the spot. They built an amazing wall that me and my wife are in love with till this day. At that point, we decided let’s remodel the Master Bathroom next to the kitchen it was the only part of the house that was still Original from 1996. So I could think of no other but Anthony and Matt they turned our bathroom from an dated dud into a Masterpiece. We incorporated everything we wanted (mostly wife) into this Master Bathroom and it came out amazing. It was truly a joy watching Anthony, Matt and Justin work on this project and how incredible it was to see them do what they are best at Matt is like me a perfectionist and all about right angles, Justin takes his time but makes sure tile and flooring is all leveled and cut precisely and Anthony keeps everything flowing and working properly and gets stuff done. Always asking me and my wife at different stoping points what he recommends and what he sees. I would and have already recommended this team of guys to friends and family and would definitely hire them again."
