"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish.
