Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "After much research for carpet installers, I contacted Advanced Carpet Installations through Home Advisor. Jim promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. His quote was quite reasonable, and he explained in detail the process for installing the new carpet. Jim was professional, friendly and informative, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He is extremely conscientious and respectful of your furniture and personal belongings. Jim completed my carpet installation in less than two days without a helper. 528 SF of carpet was replaced including stairs, and I am delighted with the results. On a scale of 1 to 10, Advanced Carpet Installations deserves a 12. However, the highest rating that Home Advisor has is 5, so that will have to suffice. From the initial contact to completion of the job, the service was outstanding. Jim worked quickly and efficiently. "Sasha and his refinishing expert, Val, were a fantastic team to work with. We were on a very tight schedule in getting ready for a real estate open house. I requested a quote on Tuesday, they started work on Wednesday and worked until 9:00 pm to complete all the sanding. They remain flexible and focused working through the weekend to complete the job in time for the next step in our preparation for sale, cleaning the carpets. A very professional and customer focused team I whole heartedly recommend. The real estate agent and photographer arrived Tuesday and complimented the refinished floor as one of the best they had seen. Open house will be as planned this weekend. Wow, I am so impressed with the attention to detail, such as perfect flush cuts around door frames and molding. The job was over two months ago and we continue to notice the quality. "Perfection - NE floors. Talk to Roman. He came one day and priced out buffing my old floors and applying a new cost of matte refinish. The home had been used as an air B and B for years and the floors in living room and dining room and stairs were badly worn and dirty. Nothing I did with cleaners and micro fiber cloths helped. Roman gave me what I felt was a good fair price. He was ready to come a couple of days later He and his guys moved all my furniture out, buffed the floor with some kind of compound, Cleaned up snd put down a new matte finish in half a day. I had to let the floors dry over night but they looked like new in the morning sunlight. All the dirt and imperfections I could see in the backlight before was gone. The finish looked like new and is perfect I’m thrilled, he couldn’t have done a better job. They came back put all the furniture back in place. All along They Couldn’t have been more careful, polite or professional. I highly recommend NE floors."
