"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "I am so happy with the flooring and the two gentlemen who were here, Ed and John were excellent. They checked with me during the install to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They scribed the flooring so that it fit perfectly around my large fireplace. I would definitely recommend Checkpoint Flooring Solutions and Ed and John to anyone. His price was very reasonable, way under what the large stores are charging, and with the timing, he cannot be beat! He even picked out the carpet for us and chose a beautiful color that matches our other flooring perfectly. He was very professional and easy to work with! "Floor Fathers asked for pictures before the appointment so sample tiles and trim could be on hand during the initial appointment. The representative (TJ) was very professional during our initial discussion and provided several options available to us. The installed was on time and did a great job installing the tile and, just as important, he cleaned the job site very well. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs and, as a matter of fact, I did!"

"These 2 individuals showed up here and they attempted to spray cleaner on the carpet. Then, they steam cleaned the carpet, or at least we thought that was what they were doing. They told us that it would take about eight hours to dry and if we put an additional fan on the carpet it would help the carpet to dry; well, after the carpet dried it appeared just like it was before they ever walked in. So, we have to consider what we paid them a donation for their work but the carpet was not cleaned at all. So, after the holidays, I am going to confront dry chem and see what they can do, and if that does not work then consider replacing the carpet but as far as satisfaction the wife is far from being satisfied when the carpet appears the same way before anything was done to it. I really cannot blame the floorida boys cause they gave their best effort but something deeper needed to be applied... just our opinion."
