"I own a very old home, built in 1967. Bought the house from someone who flipped it. He put carpet over all of the hardwood floors. We were able to find pictures online of what the hardwood floors look like and there were a lot of stains. Then when we removed the carpet we saw that the floors were in really rough shape. We trusted Ryan and what he was doing, and in his opinions. We went with a really dark stain, a covered up all the imperfections in the floor. It looks great. The only issue that we had is that the bathrooms we needed to use were down the hallway that he refinished, Ryan communicated with us very well on when we could use the floors or anything like that. Everything turned out great"

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."
