Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! "I was initially worried because I have some of the largest furniture in the house and I did not know how they were going to install the carpet. Just in the first hour or so, I realized that these guys were absolute professionals. They carefully moved furniture around the rooms, and removed the old carpet, cleaned the floors, installed the new carpet and vacuumed the floors. They tirelessly worked for over 13 hours with the most positive attitude. These guys don't cut corners.
