He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. "Wu's team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in three days; I wanted three coats of polyurethane. Particularly difficult was the job of removing some carpeting under radiators, which I was not able to remove, but they were able to get out except for a couple of carpet tack strips against the wall. Those strips will stay for now. The communication with Wu was good, despite it being the holiday season and New Year, which was approaching."
