"Concept Flooring knocked our socks off with our staircase project. We had all the carpet in our home replaced with LVP before we moved in but did not get the stairs done because of dry times. Fast forward 3 years and the carpet on the stairs was in rough shape. Concept Flooring pulled up the carpet, removed every tack strip, staple and nail flawlessly, sanded, stained, added wood flooring on our landings and clean risers in two days. They used a faster drying poly which was super helpful so we can still use both floors after 1-2 hours of dry time. They did an incredible job of color matching the existing flooring. The crew was incredibly neat. They cleaned up as they went and you wouldn't know there was any dust involved in the project after they left for the day. My husband cannot stop talking about how good it looks. I repeat, my husband cannot stop talking about the stairs. He doesn't notice anything but the stairs are his new favorite topic of conversation. Something to note: they do not paint trim or the risers so I will be handling that myself. This was made very clear throughout the process and with the high level of detail they took on the stairs, touching up the trim paint and painting the risers will be a much simpler process. The best kind of home projects are ones that look like they should have been there in the first place. And Concept Flooring nailed it! I wish we would have done this three years ago! I highly recommend Concept Flooring for anyone looking for staircase refinishing."

"Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."

"My carpet cleaning and stretch service was great. Carpet looks brand new."

"I am so happy I used this company and highly recommend them. Their contractors are amazing and did a fabulous job. I love my floors."

"We had been putting off replacing our outdated carpet because we thought the process would be too disruptive to our work-from-home schedules. Breakthrough Flooring completely changed our minds! They provided a transparent, competitive quote during our free estimate, and their crew was so quiet, polite, and efficient that we were able to work uninterrupted the entire time. The new hardwood and LVP flooring completely transformed the vibe of our entire house. Exceptional craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a genuinely wonderful team to work with!"

I appreciate you"

"Enver continued working despite our leaning over him giving him advice and asking questions. Neat and protective of our home, the work area and our ever inquisitive dog Ripley. Very helpful and knowledgeable on a vast array of remodel issues and trades. Arrived on time as scheduled and jumped right in doing extra work not originally negotiated. Completed on time, on budget and no extras. Bath floor and tub surround look great. Use this guy! You will be happy."

"ProFloor Solutions did and outstanding job. They removed my newly installed toilet and cut out the rotted old plywood under floor, and installed a new plywood floor before beautifully installing the new hardwood floor. They resealed the new toilet after reinstalling it. They also cleaned everything and left the Powder Room and the hallway next to it clean as well. They returned everything back into the Powder Room. ProFloors Solution did a wonderful job and I highly recommend their service. They were very professional and removed all debris from my home. They even took the debris with them and did not leave it in my trash can. I rate them a 5 Star!"

"I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"Shamus and his wife Candy are a great team of professionals....
