Fair priced, will really explain to you what needs to be done, how to do it right, what would be more cost/long term effective. We had alot that needed to be done: ripping out old carpet to install new hardwood that would match our old, install new hardwood in a kitchen remodel with no flooring, buffing out our old hardwood floor, and fixing a stain problem. This time Kenneth cleaned just a short portion to see if what he was doing would actually get the stain. Then we waited three weeks to see what happened. It was still clean. Yea!
