He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. There are so many flooring stores to choose from in Austin but I wanted to use one that I knew would still be in business for a long time and would give good service. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. When I explained how stressful having my house torn up was she said she would do what she could to speed up the installation which I appreciated. Within a few days she called to say they could get right to it. The crew they sent was professional, polite, and oh so nice. They worked so hard and fast and did an excellent job with everything. They left my house clean at the end of the day. They were prompt and thorough. I am sooooo happy with the floor, the workers, Miranda and Manor. "My carpet installation was scheduled for Friday, April 2nd, 2021. When the installers showed up to lay the carpet, they didn't have enough to carpet all of the areas that I'd wanted re-carpeted. So, I decided to just have vinyl plank flooring put in in the bathroom instead. This was then scheduled for Friday, April 9th, 2021. When they showed up to do this work, they once again didn't have enough plank flooring, so the work had to be postponed until Wednesday, April 14th."
