"We had to spend $950. over budget and the estimate because, once they removed the old carpet and pad, they detected moisture near our living room window and said the entire living and dining room floor required a sealant before they would proceed to install the new laminate floor. At that point, we had no choice. The sealant had to dry overnight, extending the job by a full day. Some of the finish work, i.e. baseboards, do not seem professionally finished. The laminate panels creak in places when walked on, suggesting there should have been some kind of sealant at the joints. The finish looks dull and the Bona cleaner that was recommended leaves no shine at all. One the plus side, the installers (Caesar and Angel) were very pleasant and helpful in the moving of the large pieces of furniture. All in all, it is a mixed report."

"I needed a miracle. My carpet was bleached badly by another company on Angi list and I needed the carpet done today. He came in and seen that my entire carpet areas had been bleached and he said there was nothing he could do to save the carpet. Then he said I can replace it all for a discounted rate and being that I have a owner walk through tomorrow I said yes not only did he give me the best price the quality of work he did for my whole townhouse was top notch!!! And he did it all in less than 6 hours talk about a professional. He told me trust me sir you won’t be disappointed and I wasn’t if you need anything done definitely call Miranda!!!
