"George was fantastic. He discovered issues with my support beams and repaired them to assure my floor was solid. George informed me of every step and took the time to make sure to produce a quality product in the end. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. Thanks George for your kindness and care of my home."

"New flooring looks great. Installers were very helpful answering all our questions and helping my mother pickup flooring."

"Big shout-out to Chris. This man exceptionally explained everything you all had to offer and was outstanding in educating us on things we may not have understood or were not aware of. I am very happy with the work your team did. They provided top-tier results, and I will be coming back for future work as well as referring people I know to your company. I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity. It means a lot, and it made our decision to move forward that much easier. As for your process from start to finish, it was quick, seamless, and very straightforward. I did not feel like you guys were trying to see how much money you could get out of us. Your product and presentation speak for themselves, and your warranty backs all of it up and is one of the biggest factors in why people will consider moving forward. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did. This company deserves 5 stars. As for feedback, I highly recommend having a process for covering up the customer's furniture"

"We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!"

"Customer service was great. Very understanding when I changed my mind about the flooring color I picked. Came out and I chose a different color. Austin was my Rep that helped me. Very nice and understanding."

"When a weak place in my floor began to get worse I reached out to Angie's list to find a carpenter. I got a call from Andy almost immediately. Let me say he was truly a God send. Upon inspection he discovered I had multiple damaged joists. They were set to start the work less than 2 weeks later. Upon opening my floor, he discovered I had a much worse problem with the support to my house. Andy reassured me that he and his crew would do everything they could to save my house and get the work done in a timely fashion. Within 2 days I was back in my home!!! What was a bad situation was made bearable with Andy's kindness, compassion, honesty, and communication. I love my new floors!! They brighten up my house so much. I would not hesitate to recommend him. As a matter of fact, a week later I hired him for another job. He does a great job and stands behind his work. You won't go wrong with his company."

Very Responsible, Paying Attention to minor things. Prefer to solve problems rather than just make temporary fixes. Paying attention to customers and ready to build relationships with them.

"From start to finish the entire process was easy. We got a good deal when compared to other flooring companies so we pulled the trigger. We went with their middle of the road carpet which has been awesome. My kids love walking around barefoot on the new carpet."

"Bill the owner was the only one who contacted me thru the service I used to locate a contractor. He was very quick to come out and review my work and give me the quote and completed the job in about 2 hours. Bill knew exactly what needed to be done to correct my carpet problems. I would recommend using Carson Flooring to friends and neighbors."
