"We had our living room and hall floors refinished and new hardwood installed by Footprints Floors. Our original floors were in horrible condition-stains everywhere. These guys were able to make them look brand new. We feel like we’re living in a new house! The communication on the part of Clint(owner) and Brian(project coordinator) was excellent. They were prompt in returning texts and calls and upfront about all costs. They even hooked us up with a hardwood flooring supplier who was also very good to work with. Their hardworking team descended on our house Wednesday morning-on time, and by Saturday afternoon the work was finished. I really can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them. So hard to find contractors that take pride in their work and in the way they treat their customers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call."

Our kitchen is the hub of our home, and I was so grateful to experience the esthetic difference new flooring made then and now as we spend more time at home. "Mikhail and his team did a great job. He came by to check out the job request on the same day that we contacted him. Our price quote came the next day and the price was very reasonable. He always kept in contact efficiently through text! Our job was pretty small, so he fit it in the following week and it was completed within 2 days! They put up plastic walls to block the dust and everything was left very clean. He recommended that we stick to a natural finish, and I'm glad that's what he recommended because our wood floors look really wonderful and there was very minimal smell during the process! Overall, we're really happy with the outcome! My only small concern was with the quarter mold installation. Our walls are old so it's not all flat along the bottom. I wish they had filled in the gaps between the wall and the molding before leaving, but he was kind enough to leave a tube of caulking for us at no additional cost."

"I emailed Stewart's floors from their website and they called me the next day to schedule an estimate. They came out the same day and provided me an estimate on the spot. It is a 4th generation, small, family owned and operated company. This was appealing to us and Jim was very kind and knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with him during the estimate. Once the remodeling was done in our home about 3 weeks later I emailed Stewart's to let them know we would be ready to start our floors in the next week or two and wanted to check on their schedule. I didn't hear back so I called a few days later. I spoke with Betty and she informed me that she would call me back the next day. I didn't hear from her so I called back again Wednesday and left a voicemail in the evening. Still no word until she called at the end of the week to say she was waiting to call me because they needed to see how the jobs panned out over the week to know when they could start. I totally understand that, but if you tell someone you're going to call them Tuesday you probably shouldn't wait until Friday. Even a call to say that they woudln't have an answer until Friday would've been great. I just assumed they were too busy and didn't want the work so I had to take my time to call and get an estimate from another company in the mean time when I didn't hear back all week. We selected a date for them to start and as promised they gave a 30 minute call ahead on a Monday before arriving at the house. Again, Josh and his crew were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed speaking with them. Josh even called me at the end of the day to check in and tell me how things went and when they'd be back. This blew me away- awesome customer service and something I hadn't experienced from a contractor before. I had to pause the process by one day on Friday because I had a scheduled appointment to get our ducts cleaned. This really seemed to mess things up and it added multiple days to the process. They were supposed to come back Saturday or Monday and I never heard back from them as to when they would return. Again, I called the office and couldn't get a clear answer for quite some time. They showed up Tuesday or Wednesday and started the rest of the floors. To be fair, we did add two additional rooms to the job, so I understand that adds extra time. Overall, the floors look great and the price was very competitive, but the communication efforts could really use some improvement. I would recommend Stewart's and was very satisfied with the overall finished product, but the process to get there was more painful than I would've liked. The delay ended up pushing back our move in date back by a week, which wasn't the end of the world, but was a hassle."

"The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."
