"I was thrilled with the work that Ferguson did. I wanted all of the floors cleared of carpeting and Vinyl panels replaced them. Ferguson recommended what was best for the climate in my area, even though it was less expensive than the engineered hardwood I originally thought I wanted. They had a big job to do: pulling up all of the old carpet and padding, then getting the new floor down. All the while, they kept me informed of their progress and finished on time and on budget."

"100% satisfied customer here. Fred was fantastic! From the way he handled the appointment and scheduling process to the final results of the tile floors and carpets, Fred and his team have made our life easy! The communication throughout the process was stellar and made me feel confident that the results were going to surpass my expectations. If I ever need professional floor cleaning again, I'll reach out to Rainbow Carpet Cleaning without hesitation."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"They were a great company, great prices, does great job on cleaning carpets."

"I needed carpet removed and replaced with laminate flooring and I could not be happier with the finished project done by Arturo! Communications were great and he was always on time. Arturo also included disposal of carpet, picking up laminate from vendor and securing/installing the quarter-round."

"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"
