"We wanted to update the flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway, main bath, living room and stairways. Eric met with us to first determine what we wanted and then helped guide us through final choices. We decided to go with LVP (luxury vinyl plank) for the kitchen, dining area, hallway and main bath. We chose to add oak risers to our stairs and then wrap the step treads with a long wearing Berber carpet. In the living area, we chose a plush frieze carpet. We were able to choose all products from Eric's samples, without leaving our home. The products were ordered and then professionally installed, by experienced craftsmen, who did excellent work. As I observed the installation, I could tell the installers cared about the smallest details, and wanted to do a superb job. This was a large job (in my opinion) and I'm glad I trusted Elite flooring to the task. I'll be calling them for future flooring updates (in other areas of our home), and you should call them too. I can heartily recommend their workmanship."

"Our carpets look way better. Robert was great and did good work. He vacuumed up and removed all the excess carpet when done."

"Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. The install was amazing. You can’t see a single seam and would have no idea that there are a few pieces of carpet. We will definitely be hiring them to finish up the other areas in our home and recommend them for any other carpet needs!"

"Heath Gentry is a perfectionist. He took my floors which had been flooded and made them better than new. Heâ s up on all the latest decorating trends and helps you to make the best decisions. Heâ s an honest and good man through and through. He will always have my business. My floors are stunning. Thank you Heath."

"Was very polite and respectful and kindly helped answer all questions on project. Flooring looks amazing. Did a great job and will work with again in the future"

"I highly recommend Joshua's Hardwood Flooring. They were very professional, hard-working and reliable. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home working. The price was fair especially considering the quality of work and floor I received. Five stars all the way!"

"This company did a wonderful job for us we had hardwood floors refinish and carpet replaced. The price was competitive and the team was very professional and friendly. The owner followed up before, during and after the job. I definitely recommend this company and use them again."

"We had 3 different bids for refinishing our floors. Alex gave us the best price, was insured, and fit out time-line for completion. He showed up when promised, finished on time, and our floors look incredible!"

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."
